✅ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A clear opening video is provided from the moment the package is being unboxed (before it’s opened), with good visibility of the product and packaging.
Without the unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in cases of size issues for:

Kurtis / ethnic wear

Exchange is subject to product availability.

The shipping fee for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after product inspection.

Forward And Reversed Shipping charges @300 and GST are non-refundable.
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At TAPASVINI, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. However, due to increased logistics costs and risk of returns, COD orders come with specific terms.
✅ COD Eligibility:

Available for orders below ₹5,000.

Only for selected pincodes within India.

COD is not available on customized, made-to-order items, or bulk purchases.
💡 Important Notes:
- A flat shipping & COD fee of ₹150 will be charged on all COD orders.
- COD orders are non-returnable. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Please place COD orders only if you are sure of accepting the delivery.
🚫 Refusal or Fake Orders:
- Repeated refusals or fake orders will lead to blacklisting of COD for your account.
- Legal action may be taken in case of fraudulent activity or intentional misuse.
